Rank Descriptions and Progression
Initiate |
An initiate is someone new to the guild that can interact, observe, and decide if this guild works for them. An initiate can do any activities that anyone else in the guild is doing, but will not receive guild repairs (We may turn this on from time to time if there is an excess in the G-Bank, but reserve the right to shut off when necessary, and will be a lower priority for any events / activities if space gets tight. Initiates will be kicked for any infractions of the guild rules. To be promoted to “Bar Brawler” an initiate must:
|
A Happy Place |
If any full member starts spamming, raging, flaming, or trolling in a manner that an officer finds questionable or could have a negative impact on guild chat they will be sent to “A Happy Place” where they will be unable to communicate in guild chat until they calmly whisper an officer and we believe they have gotten their head squarely back on their shoulders. At which point they will be returned to their previous rank.
|
Bar Brawler |
A Bar Brawler is a full member of the guild. They receive limited guild repairs and they will have access to make limited withdrawals from the first bank tab and will be able to see items in the second tab. They will also be given priority seating over initiates for guild events when there are limited slots. To be promoted to Berserker a Bar Brawler must:
|
Berserker |
A Berserker is a mid-tier member of the guild that shows great potential and just needs to continue to improve their game for promotion. This rank will receive a limited amount of daily guild repairs, and they will have access to the first two bank tabs. Also, Berserkers are expected to attend one “Bank Event” a month and crush any alliance they encounter. For promotion to Assassin a Berserker must:
|
Assassin |
An Assassin is a higher mid-tier member of the guild that has shown great potential and is already or needs to work on finding the correct comp to start pushing higher CR. This rank will receive a limited amount of daily guild repairs, and they will have access to the first three bank tabs. Also, Assassins are expected to attend one “Bank Event” a month and crush any alliance they encounter. For promotion to Veteran an Assassin must:
|
Veteran |
Veteran is the highest guild rank before becoming an officer. They are representatives of the PVP skill-set within our guild and are looked at to mentor Bar Brawlers, Berserkers, and Assassins with improving their skills in a positive manner. Veterans will be the first looked to be brought into the officer ranks as spots open. Veterans have a very comfortable limit on guild repairs, have access to the first three tabs of the guild bank, can make events on the calendar, and are expected to attend one “Bank Event” a month and will be looked at to lead small squads on runs for resources (While crushing any alliance they find in the process).
|
Captain |
Captain is the first rank as an officer in the guild. They represent not only the highest PVP skill-set in our guild, but also a high level of tactical knowledge to lead in RBG’s and World PVP. Captains are expected to champion the guild and act as ambassadors of the guild on our server, forums, and any other external communications. Captains will be assigned specific events to schedule at assigned intervals and are expected to attend and help drive specific missions of “Bank Events”. Captains will receive advanced notice on decisions of the War Council and will be looked to for suggestions on making the guild better. Should an opening on the War Council open we will fill from our ranks of Captain.

War Council |
The War Council is a 3 person council composed of the GM and two War Council officers with GM level permissions and are responsible for:
